Returns & refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering from PTWCLUB. Contact ptw.pavethewave@gmail.com with your order number to arrange a return.

Our 30-day return offer

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. For returns under this additional offer, items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with their tags attached. Please use the original packaging where possible. Return the item within 14 days of telling us. We will provide return instructions and a return label.

Your UK online cancellation rights

For eligible online purchases, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. You may try items on and inspect them as you would in a shop. We may deduct for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. The conditions of our additional 30-day offer do not limit these rights.

Refunds

For a valid cancellation, we refund using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. When you cancel the whole order, we also refund the original standard delivery charge; any extra cost of premium delivery is excluded. Sale items have the same statutory rights as full-price items.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Email us with your order number and details of the problem. Photos can help, but there is no 48-hour deadline that removes your legal rights. We will arrange the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where the item is faulty or incorrect.

Personalised items

Items made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation. Standard PTW designs, pre-orders and ordinary print-on-demand clothing are not automatically excluded. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods still apply.
