We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ptw.pavethewave@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Items must not be worn or used unless the fault occurred upon arrival.
Pave The Wave reserves the right to refuse any claims that do not meet these conditions.
