We’ll email your order confirmation after checkout and send tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

UK delivery charges

Standard UK delivery is £3.99 per order. UK delivery is free when you spend £50 or more, after any discounts. This applies automatically at checkout; no code is needed. Buying more than one piece does not add another standard UK delivery charge.

Production and estimated delivery

Made-to-order pieces are produced after you order. Production typically takes 1–6 working days, depending on the garment and order size. We prioritise Special Line Pro for UK orders where available, with an estimated transit time of 5–7 days after dispatch. Please allow for both production and transit when planning your order.

If this service is unavailable for an item or destination, an alternative shipping service may be used and delivery can take longer. Items held in stock may arrive sooner. All timings are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

If you need an order for a particular date, contact us before placing it so we can advise on the current estimate.

Pre-orders

If a product is listed as a pre-order, check the expected dispatch date on its product page before ordering.

International orders

Check the destinations and shipping options available at checkout. International delivery charges vary by destination and basket weight. Import taxes or duties may apply depending on the destination.
